Dispute resolution points
If you have a complaint, please call our toll-free customer service line on 0800 888 666. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which you can find here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumers within the meaning of § 1 of the Consumer Protection Act have the option of using either this platform or the conciliation body Energie-Control Austria (www.e-control.at) to settle any disputes with our company regarding contractual obligations arising from electricity and natural gas supply contracts.
