Electricity and gas are precious resources. The efficient use of energy and the conservation of resources are very important to us. That is why we have set up a service and advice center for our customers. It’s here to help you use electricity and gas as efficiently as possible, avoid wasting electricity and gas and reduce your electricity costs. Our advice center operates in accordance with § 10 (5) of the Federal Energy Efficiency Act and is here to advise you on issues of energy efficiency, energy consumption, energy costs and energy poverty.
