If you have a complaint, please call our toll-free customer service line on 0800 888 666. Consumers within the meaning of § 1 of the Consumer Protection Act have the option of using the conciliation body Energie-Control Austria (www.e-control.at) to settle any disputes with our company regarding contractual obligations arising from electricity and natural gas supply contracts.
